Our products are designed and sourced in collaboration with selected manufacturing, artisan and production partners. The method of production may vary by product.

We make every reasonable effort to represent products accurately. Colours can vary slightly across screens, and handcrafted or hand-finished products may have minor variations in texture, shade, detailing or finish. These variations are not necessarily defects.

Selected souvenirs may unlock digital experiences such as stories, animations, audio, augmented reality, 3D content or other immersive features through NFC, QR or supported digital technology.

On supported smartphones, bringing the phone close to the NFC-enabled area can open the linked Mandirwiki experience. Device compatibility, internet connectivity and browser or app requirements may affect availability.

Not always. Some experiences may open directly in a browser, while others may require a Mandirwiki or compatible application. The product page or accompanying instructions will explain the applicable method.

No. Interactive functionality is available only on selected products. Look for the relevant NFC, AR, QR or interactive-experience information on the individual product page.

Yes. Where applicable, we may improve, replace, expand or retire digital content or features. We aim to preserve the core experience wherever reasonably possible, but specific digital features are not guaranteed to remain unchanged indefinitely.

Processing and delivery times vary by product and location. Ready-to-ship products are generally processed within a few business days; personalised or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Estimated timelines are shown where available and are not guaranteed.

Where tracking is provided by the courier, tracking details will be shared through the contact information associated with your order once the shipment is dispatched.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the shipment has been handed to the courier.

Eligible orders may be cancelled before dispatch or, for made-to-order products, before production begins. Personalised, customised or already activated digital products may not be cancellable once fulfilment has started. Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details.
