How orders are processed, dispatched, tracked and delivered.

We want your Mandirwiki keepsake to reach you safely and in good condition. This policy explains our general shipping practices. Product-specific timelines shown on the product page or at checkout may override the general estimates below.

1. Order Processing

Ready-to-ship orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment or order confirmation, unless a different timeline is shown on the product page.

Personalised, customised, handcrafted, pre-order or made-to-order items may require additional production time. The relevant estimate will be communicated on the product page, at checkout or after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day. High-volume launches, festive periods or exceptional events can extend processing times.

2. Shipping Coverage

We ship to serviceable locations made available at checkout. Delivery availability can vary by PIN code and courier coverage.

International shipping, if offered for a particular order or market, will be clearly indicated at checkout or confirmed by our support team. Customs duties, import taxes and local fees may apply and will be handled as disclosed for that shipment.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. For many serviceable locations in India, delivery may take approximately 2-10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, courier network and product type.

Remote areas, difficult terrain, weather, public holidays, security restrictions, transport disruptions or other events beyond our reasonable control may result in longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, free-shipping thresholds or delivery promotions will be displayed at checkout where relevant.

Express or special handling options, if available, may carry an additional fee.

5. Tracking & Delivery Updates

Where courier tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address or mobile number linked to the order after dispatch.

Tracking information can take some time to update after the shipment is first handed over to the courier.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and reachable phone number.

If you notice an error, contact info@mandir.wiki immediately. We will try to help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee an address change after the order has been packed or handed to the courier.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-dispatched because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or repeated failed delivery attempts, where permitted by law and reasonably incurred.

7. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders

Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts according to their operating practices. If a shipment cannot be delivered, it may be held, returned to origin or marked undeliverable.

If an order is returned to us, we will contact you or respond to your request to determine whether re-dispatch, cancellation or another resolution is available. Additional charges may apply for re-dispatch where the failed delivery was caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information or repeated unavailability.

8. Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Shipments

If the outer package appears materially damaged or tampered with, document the condition before opening where possible.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact info@mandir.wiki as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs or video of the packaging and product. This helps us assess the issue quickly.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

9. Lost or Significantly Delayed Shipments

If tracking indicates an unusual delay or the shipment appears lost, contact us. We will coordinate with the courier and provide the appropriate resolution after investigation.
